What programs do I use?

OS: Linux Mint 64 bit Cinnamon Desktop. (Just to clarify, I'm not a Linux noob, I've been using Linux since 2012 starting with Ubuntu 12.04 and I haven't had a reason to move to Arch).

Browser: Tor for most things, LibreWolf for services that block Tor such as banking.
- I use Tor because I believe my activites should be encrypted by default. Yes, I am aware the federal agencies with their supercomputers can find out, but I'm going to make them work for it. It's about the principle.
- Cookies allow people to mindlessly consume content because you're already signed in, the mental work of having to input your email and password is no longer there which means you don't get that 10 second opportunity to think if this is actually what you want to do.
- I don't need history, they don't work nowadays because dynamic websites mixes the title of the tab and the actual web page itself. If I like something, I will "bookmark" it (put the link in a txt file).

Video Editor: Vegas Pro 11 (WINE) or Lossless cut if I just want to merge/cut videos

Photo Editing: Gimp 2 most of the time, KolourPaint sometimes

Audio Editing: Audacity

GPG Encryptor: GPA (check out this guide )

Email client: I don't use one, I login via the browser when I want to deal with emails.

Downloading videos: YTP-DL (Statcher 7 GUI)

Office Suite: OnlyOffice for word processor, LibreOffice for spreadsheet.

Notepad Editor: Gedit

Converting files: Shutter Encoder most of the time, Handbrake if I need to re-encode some files that can't be converted.

If I remember anything, I'll be sure to add it here.
